On-Farm Test License Agreement:
Non-Exclusive single license for 1 to 4 towers. Limited to time and number of towers. For developing crop models, growth trials and systems by the client to determine best practices for their environment. Territory limited to the facility conducting the trials. No license fee or royalty, equipment purchased as an asset.
Non-exclusive Commercial License Agreement
Non-Exclusive single license for 1 to 100 towers. Unlimited time (life of the patent), limited number of towers (up to 100) and territory (usually region, state or area). For commercial production of crops. One time license fee with ongoing royalty. Equipment purchased as an asset.
Exclusive Commercial License Agreement
Exclusive license includes unlimited towers and time (life of the patent), with sublicensing permitted. Usually entails larger territory (region, country, continent) or worldwide crop exclusive. For commercial production of crops. One time license fee with ongoing royalty.
